YL's invisonfree suddenly changed into Zetaboard ?

Who and why YL's invisionfree forum board suddenly changed into Zetaboard ? :what Because as far as i know, once you converted the invisionfree into zetaboard, it cannot be reversed.. :what So, what happened ? who's responsible for this sudden change ? Did someone messed up with the setting and accidentally converted the invisionfree forum board into Zetaboard ? Or you already planned to change the board into zetaboard ?

Posts: 2,036 Group: Admin Member #10,551 Joined: May 16 2008	ok i just did some research.... http://support.zetaboards.com/topic/428777/1/ only the ROOT Admin and ZetaBoards themselves can cause the change. <-- i just tested this on another forum myself and confirmed it. i'm an admin on another invisionfree forum. dso is root admin. i could not make the change. so it looks like zetaboard's fault. Shine! (our root admin) certainly didn't do it. zetaboards and invisionfree are owned by the same company. zetaboards is considered more up-to-date, so only invisionfree-to-zetaboard upgrade is offered. not the other way around. still, read the link i posted above. we need to talk to ZetaBoards and get them to convert us vbulletin would actually be a good idea the bottom line is... we didn't do it* Edited by waratte, Dec 3 2009, 06:56:20 AM.

Posts: 1,000,162 Group: Admin Member #110 Joined: Jan 31 2006	heres the update guys no... we did not intend to do this, no.... i do not power to do this, and no we have no purpose of making more work for ourselves after grueling hours of making the first forum work. so please guys... dont jump to conclusions and saying that we're trying to eff things up as some may have read.. http://support.zetaboards.com/topic/428777/1/ people have said that in some cases IF has auto upgraded to ZB for no reason. this situation makes me as mad as you do. I am already talking to ZB support to get us switched back to IF and get back our layouts and css codes. looking at blue and orange colors with a banner that says zetaboards put flames into my eyes... i spent the last hr just making it decent to look at. sadly even though we have the forum database backed up.. the IF CSS does NOT work for ZB im sorry to have something like this happen again. all i can say now is lets make the best of it until ZB support tries to get us switched back over. in the mean time we will at least get the nav bar, the page width, and the shout box back in order. cuz it angers me to know that our beautiful layout was destroyed and replaced with this ugly orange and blue thing
