There are still some oooold threads pinned on every section on the forum and the new important ones just sink. Like the last birthday project... I still can see the 21th project pinned! And that blog bluewind... is gone since forever and is still on the top of news section ż?. or what about: Pinned: [News] Staff Report! Updated Frequently last post: 27th August 2006 :what We need a coulple of peeps how take care of the details :P

If I had time, I would like to take care of it for a time! I don't post frequently, but I've been here for a loooong time and I know this forum veeeery well haha

We need more Global Moderators, someone who have power to manage more than 1 sub-forum.. Because sometimes when i report something wrong in YUI news or YUI media, the mod that online at that time can't handle it because it's not in his jurisdiction.. And the mod who in charge there was absent for a long time.. Just take a look at what happen last week with 'Again' single.. Everyone post download link to the leaked single.. Unfortunately, the only mod in charge for YUI Media, br4d was away at that time.. i haven't seen snakey online at YL for a long time too.. there are no other moderator that can delete the link there.. only brad, global moderator and admin.. So.. i propose, for a new Global Moderator.. Or a lot of new moderator..

Like the fact that town_el is here ALOT and that he keeps up with issues, is helpful to people and really cares. I think he'd make a good mod. I also think Brad having more powers is a good idea. Where has Fanny gone....haven't seen a post from him in quite a while? And did snake just totally desert us? Come back guys!

But there's a lot of work to be done because there are just so many threads and stuff

If people expect a thread to close/ merge/ move etc. a day after it has been posted then they are being unreasonable. As for Kikino's point about old stuff still pinned i think he is right but to be honest i dont think anyone can be bothered to do it, if i was a mod/admin i would rather chek out new threads, dl every YUI picture/radio/rip/video availiable. Admittedly they are very out of date but i quite like it like this. The sense of nostalgia when clicking some of the older posts, its just easier if its pinned rather than selecting show all time, go back 100 pages etc. However, i think the admins and mods should contact each other more often. Say a mod hasn't been on a couple of months just go "hey watsup (aahh honmono da! brownie points to who gets this :)) haven't seen you round YL lately ....." we have a lot of mods and it is not number wise we are lacking its the activity. Not to be harsh but if they aren't on atleast once every four/five months without prior notice then they really shouldnt be a mod.

Posts: 1,000,162 Group: Admin Member #110 Joined: Jan 31 2006	a lot of our mods have gave their resignation posted somewhere... and said there good byes... not everyone on that list is an active mod or even considers themselves as a mod of YL same with some of our ads the line up of Ads and Mods now are ADS: Fanny Reset GM: s0l1dsn8k3 EndtoInfinity930 MODS: Me NJW Atheon IMO i dont think the team is doing a bad job most might be inactive but we do a damn well job of keeping spammers out, illegal topics, and fighting amongst our members (of course everyone on YL does that themselves) i do agree that the forum is messy and out of dated... and it would take a huge overhaul to clean everything... im willing to do :P... kinda in the same style I did to the YUI media section... if its okay with everyone... or i can take new suggestions... but i dont have that power or say... hahah im not complaining yet lol... i just hope the forum layout gets updated... we havent missed one yet and i dont wanna miss one.... its our tradition...
