Hmmm I haven't really listened to them, now I might be forced to. XD And yeah, 9 members isn't a lot... compare that to Japanese groups like AKB48 XD Even when they split them into Teams they're almost double the size of Girl's Generation! Plus groups like Morning Musume, whose member count ranges from 5 from when they first started, and kept growing shrinking growing shrinking... XD During Do It! Now they had 13 members. During Shabondama there were 15! Now they're down to 8. |

I guess it would be nice if you try watching their Music Videos frist like Gee, Tell Me Your Wish Genie and Run Devil Run. They got dancers Singers and actresses in the group. I kinda pre-ordered 10 sets of the Season 2 cards because i'm crazy like that. LOL. I collected the Season 1 cards and i'm still not done with it, anyone up for trades? hehe. I've pre-oredered the Photobook, waiting for it to arrive, and i've already saved up money for the rumoured Concert DVD. Darn. I've drilled holes through my wallet and not just through my wallet, my pockets as well. LOL. Not to mentioned i just purchased 2 of YUI's to Mother singles not too long ago. D: |

That's nice! In my case I need to conserve my money for my future haha. I'm not opening my items anyway so I think it's kinda pointless if I buy the 2nd set of starcards. SM entertainment will rip off your pockets if you don't consider what you are buying carefully. taeyeon's version of yui's songs are good. i like both japanese and korean versions.i'm always playing it on my ipod hehe. btw i bought the photobook..the pics are jjang..i didnt expect it to be that big or heavy..bit pricey but i think its worth it.. |

I was just reading things about Girls' Generation. I know majority know this song called Gee. I've read on tokyohive that they've released a Japanese version of it. |

ok so i've been thinking about kpop. i don't listen to it except for dbsk or tohoshinki's stand by u. these boy bands and girls bands, what's the type of music they sing? is it only the type where they dance? I've heard run devil run and its freaking catchy. i really like it. so should i listen to kpop? I'm asking because i feel like i'm misjudging these bands. for what i've seen, they dance awesome,their songs are catchy and they are really pretty and cute.and usually i try to avoid these bands because sometimes they are just pretty faces but they don't have any type of musical talent. and its the same with akb48 type of group, not just with kpop. i feel like need to listen to them. maybe i should give them a try and stop misjudging. the same thing happened with Arashi. i avoided them but then i downloaded their discography and i ended up liking them. their songs are nice and inspirational. so...? |

Well, I think you should try to listen to their music first. It doesn't matter if they're not a band (those who play guitars, etc), as long as you can enjoy their music or rather their performance. At first, I didn't really pay attention to SNSD but when I started to listen to them and watch their performance, variety shows, etc., I began to like them and now, I love them to death. Perfecting a dance especially when you're in a group is difficult and what more with singing while dancing? It's more difficult. It takes a lot of practice. Not many people realize that unfortunately. SNSD members are not only pretty but they have talent in music too. Tiffany can play the flute. Taeyeon..guitar, Seohyun..the piano. I don't know about the other girls yet though. They also have skills in DJ-ing. And are good in variety shows. They are multi-talented girls. If you want to know more of them, you can join Soshified. Or check the forum's channel in youtube. Here are their channels: Old shows - soshisubsclassics New shows - ssfsubs6, ssfsubs9 Hello Baby - ssfsubs4 Short clips - ssfshortclips2 Japanese clips - ssfsubsJ Classic shows - soshisubsclassics Backup channel - ssfsubs10 You can also watch their variety shows. I suggest you take a look at 'Girls Go To School' (GGTS) first to get to know the girls better. Please check them out. Other boy groups who caught my attention are 2PM (2AM's counterpart - they are more into dance, but their voices are amazing too), MBLAQ and SHINee...You should listen to 4Men's 'Ttok Ttok Ttok'. I'm sure you'll like it the first time you hear it. @sky thanx for all this info. i downloaded most SNSD of their songs, i like all of them especially Let's talk about love. i gotta admit i was wrong. all of the girls sing really good. i may not be a fan or i may not love them as much as i love YUI, buts its a start. this genre isn't my type at all but it won't hurt to listen to them. i was kinda looking for this type of music since I'll start exercising soon...ehh hopefully. ^^' actually i've heard one of FTIsland songs. i thought at first it was a japanese band cause the song was japanese. i just keep putting this off along with other bands. well thanx I'll check the other ones you mentioned. |

@klaudia16 if you like their Japanese Genie, Run Devil Run and Gee you'll pretty much enjoy kpop since SNSD's is trying to bring over the korean type of music into the Japanese industry :] give them a try, you won't regret it. owh and check out their other songs besides the main titled, they've given a try to different genres :]. and yes, all 9 of them are very very talented who had went on 3-9 years of training before debuting. and 9 of them were picked from millions with good looks and talents. they all have their own charms and talents. but all of them can definitely sing. some just haven't been given the chance to shine yet. i'll stop here cause i can go on forever boasting SNSD. haha any questions just feel free to ask. @simply_kawaii i'm Kero_kEiro. before that i was KeroKero. some people call me froggie on SSF. alright. great news. both YUI and SNSD are gonna appear in some shows together! :D FINALLY! dammn you guys i'm gonna kill you!!!! jajaja! i'm becoming a snsd fan alrealdy. i love gee, i can't stop singing the japanese version cuz korean is hard to pronounce. i'm also trying to dance the steps to their songs..... mr. taki, run devil run lets talk about love, dear mom....their really catchy.... i was watching some of their lives on youtube and they are so pretty and slim... they inspire me to exercise and get in shape again....i'm gonna buy some work out clothes so i can go jogging ^^ |
