I have that game and i didn't get passed the 3rd courtcase yet...but i'm playing the 3rd part of Pheonix Wright though... :D but i haven't played the 2nd part though... :cry (my brothers won't lemme play!) lol

Posts: 14 Group: New Member Member #28,445 Joined: Dec 20 2010	It's stated that Professor Layton was base on Akihiro Hino's, the president of Level-5, love of japanese puzzle books when he was little. The difference between these two games are quite a bit, aside from different timelines and places and how the story goes, they are both solving problems or puzzles. Whether you find a contradiction or saw a trick in a riddle, you're using your brain. However, he also stated that Professor Layton was partly based on Phoenix Wright!!! :shock But he said it was to "improve over the bad points of Pheonix's character" in developing Layton.
