ok, as the topic title suggest.. this is a thread where you just shoot your head off about whats pissing you off? be it your family being naggy, your frens being bitchy, your neighbour, your work, your school, some bird shitted on your car, you stepped on dog poo.. everything under the sun! but once we get this off our chest, make sure all of us forgive and forget, it isn't healthy to bear grudges.. ok, i start the ball rolling, .. today 1 of my relative must haf been under the effects of alcohol or something, suddenly started to rattle off nonsense, offending many other family members in the process, wats suspose to be to be a jovial occasion of celebrating new year, ended on a sour note, with he himself totally oblivious to what happened.. such a hypocrite, obviously being nice to all of us while shooting us off behind our back.. |

here are the things that pisses me off: - when my mom force me to go to school - when my friends tell someone something that they shouldn't be telling them - math class - teachers - Shakespeare!!!! Stupid play that i dont understand a word in it... - homework - practise log for music (viola) - exams - Mr. Lum - people who BS about Yui That's it.. Okay anything recent? Well theer is.. today I put my hair spray in my pocket, and somehow it fell out in the middle of science class, then my friends sittinf behind me who was suppsoed to be a close friend, he kept asking why i had hair spray and saying it like I shouldn't have it in my pocket.. i swear every single time when I get something new.. he gives me that face, and star BSing about it... I usually dont bring my hair spray to school, and now that i bring it to school he BS about it.. and last time I got a pair of rip jeans from American Eagle last week, and I wore it to school, then he was like "did u rip that yourself?" then im like "how do you rip your own jeans?" (because i really didn't know how) "then how did it rip?" then i said "I bought them like that.." then he said "why would anyone buy rip jeans? that is so stupid trying to look like they skateboard alot.." then i said "i didn't get them from west 49... so it's not for skateboarding~" then he said "well then where did u get it?" "AE.." then he said "well then people are trying to look rough in them then!!" It's just so annoying when he BS about everything I buy.. I told him that I got a xbox 360, then he was like "xbox 360 burns and melts, it sucks why would you get that? I want a wii.." Then 3 months later I got a Wii.. then he was like "why did you get a wii?" Everytime he just does the same thing.. |

Why must everyone hate math :huhuhu I LOVED that class, it was my strongest subject so I can fool around during class and the teacher cant say anything cuz i was always done the work. It's Shakespeare and Physics class that I cant stand, oh and I always hated doing labs because you cant ever finish them during class time XD |

iron_turkey Yep. Bethune's a science/math school, but I wasn't good at these 'courses'. I went to Bethune because it was only 8 mins away from where I live. My parents asked me if I wanted to apply to an art high school, but I was lazy, and I didn't think I would go into an art college... but in the end, I did. I've always been crappy at math, that's why I'm in an art/design school now. I think if I was REALLY good at math, I might have gotten into that major.. but I'm not. My dad is a math genius, but I'm not. In fact, all of his brothers are UT (University of Toronto) graduates either from engineering, math or science... His little brother, the youngest of his 3 brothers, was one of those biomedical researcher with 2 PH.Ds... but he died from cancer at an early age of 35 or 36. :( |

What pisses me off?....Oh well theres a lot of things i could say....but i'll just name off a few right now: - Slow walkers, hate them ALL! (usually the grade 9s in the hallways, gahhh i hate them! takes me 5 minutes to get down the "grade 9s hall" ><) - People who cant read (usually the grade 9s who cant read the "Step Down to Open Door" signs on the buses, hate those kids too) - The grade 9s who thought it was funny to trip some fat kid and make him drop all his food (those grade 9s didnt come back to school the next day...wonder what happened to them?...) - Those damn grade 9s who do that stupid hand snapping thing where they swing their whole arm back and forth in a very gay motion thinking that they're kool or something. - I pretty much hate grade 9s in general if you havent noticed....they all piss me off - People who've played CS with me should know that i have a slight anger problem when im playing the game....my vocabulary is filled with AGHHSSS! GAHHS! and WHAT THE!?s and some other things.... Hmm...thats pretty much it....or at least its all i can think of lol, maybe i'll add more later if i can think of some others, but right now i need to study for my bio test tommolo! yay! |

~People who don't care about the world they live in, annoy me.. ~People who don't care about the people around them, annoy me.. Most other things I have learned to deal with. People are the way they are, and getting angry won't change that. The things that I have mentioned are not fundamental characteristics of human nature. They are mentalities, ways of thinking that can be changed, that should be changed. Because respect for each other and our world are the only things that can save us. :( Ok, here the best example I can think of.. Remember this is my opinion, and is in no way a targetted at anyone in particular. Since I moved to Sydney, I have noticed while walking through the city, that there is a massive number of international students living here. In some senses, this is cool.. It helps our economy strive and brings in a lot of money. Here is my qualm. A lot (not all) of these students are _entirely_ funded by their parents. I used to live with a guy whose parents sent him AU$40,000 each year (that's how much I earn _BEFORE_ tax gets taken out). He spent a lot of his time gambling.. He also had no understanding of the value of money, so he had no respect for those who have to work really hard to get it. It makes me sick to see 20 year olds driving $150,000 cars.. Don't get me wrong, I would love one of those cars, but I would want to buy it myself. "Pass uni and we'll buy you $5000-6000 car" is an incentive. A $100,000 car is just outright bribery. Good family friends of mine are extremely wealthy, but their kids worked their bums off to buy their own car, to pay for the things they wanted, to travel overseas.. They learnt the value of their money and how to spend it wisely, and they are much better people because of that. The other thing that really gets to me is the lack of respect for the environment exhibited by a lot of asian countries (yes, ok, I'm racist aginst my own heritage), but you can't deny it. I visited some absolutely gorgeous places in Malaysia that have been destroyed by people who don't appreciate the beauty. It makes me sad that, in this day and age, a vast majority of the world would rather turn a blind eye to the destruction of our world, then face it and deal with it. :huhuhu |

lol i'm good at math believe or not, just don't like doing the work (guess too much thinking).... I really stink in english though. The sig is just a joke, i really don't do that. took the ACT, got a 28 on it :) 32 on the math section 19 on the english section :unsure: and 28 on the science or i think thats what i got ( took it last year as a junior). |

What has made me really angry and pissed the past 2 months is my cable internet ISP! It's a loooong story really.. Blame it first on the damaged submarine cables along Asia! Then the ISP made adjustments on their system to allocate lost bandwidth for subscribers. And NOW that the submarine cables have been restored, the ISP has gone berserk! Don't ask me, I don't why.. they're not even responding to us at the ISP's official forum. For 2 months, I am not getting what I paid for. They don't even give rebates!!! |

That's always a big problem with residential ISPs.. There is no SLA (Service Level Agreement).. Often the problem is not with the ISP though. Working in IT, and having worked for an ISP in the past, there are so many other things that can cause problems. Most ISPs don't own their own hardware, and lease lines off a larger telecoms company. If a problem occurs with the telecoms company, it is difficult to explain to customers. Then there is problems with the "pipes" between countries. Australia is unlucky in this respect. We are so isolated that not many companies want to invest in technology here. The pipes that we have are fairly large, but have had major problems in the past. Consider other ISPs (if there are alternatives in your area), for a more stable connection. This may not help however, since the problem you described was with the pipe out of the country. |

it's kinda ironic to say it in this thread, but hate...hate and disrespect... both people who don't have respect for each other, and pople who don't respect the world around them...we only have one world, so we should take care of it...at least until it becomes possible to inhabit other planets, should this ever be a possibility... so many places in the world are so beautiful, but that beauty has been tarnished by the people who turn a blind eye to the destruction of the places. We treat these places like dumpsters and we act like it has no effect...But it has a profound effect, and one that leaves a scar on what would otherwise be slices of paradise. I just don't understand... I still remember seeing a piece of trash on a mountain top...14 thousand feet in altitude, and still somebody litters! Can't people appreciate how rare the view is at that place and try to leave it as they found it? The same goes with rainforests, though I have never seen one in person (hoping to sometime in the next few years though...otherwise, I may not have much of a chance to see something like that) |

long list here we go.. people who think they have the right to decide people's life, that kidnap children and make them work, trafficking, etc.. women who let themselves be beat by the husband, boyfriend...i mean just punch them in the face or kick them in the groin...have guts women!! all the violence in Mexico and the rest of the world... my stepdad who i think is sometimes a hypocrite my parents who blame the compute for everything... when my mom tells me to wash dishes or chores when im already doing them when my parents scold me and they go on for ever.. my current situation...i cant do anything right now!!!! |
