Posts: 9 Group: New Member Member #782 Joined: Jun 16 2006	Actually, I think Fiona Sit has chosen a wrong song (i.e. YUI's song) to sing, she should choose Japanese music which suits her style (like songs from AyaMatsuura or ayumi) to sing. Conclusion: Each singer shoud identify their strength and weakness before choosing songs to sing. And... has Fiona given enough credits to YUI for singing her Tomorrow's Way? I'm in doubt.

Her voice is too rough, which is completely opposite of Yui. In my opinion, shed be better copying christina aguilara than yui. YUI ALL THE WAY!! :lol:

I was like, wht?!? tht's YUI's song... come on... you shouldn't steal stuff.... YUI's version is so much better.... especially the english bit in the F version... I can't even make out wht fiona was singing..

Deleted User	That Saori Yamamoto girl pissed me off. She didn't even cover those songs, that's actually YUI singing and playing the guitar on her page. And she gives no credit at all. Not even as an influence (she claims to have none but herself, btw). I'm glad some people like the music but they should know who it belongs to. I'm not even sure that Saori person is real. I posted a bulletin about it to warn people that she's an impostor. I encourage you guys to do the same. It could help. I would comment on her page too but that would require friending her. :unsure: Haha, sorry, back on topic: I have heard of Fiona Sit before. Just the name, I think I saw it on a tracker. Her version didn't really appeal to me but I've never been a big fan of Chinese really. I wouldn't say she's horrible, I just hope she gave credit where it's due.

I found out about Fiona's song today, when I found the OBI to my HK Version of From Me to you album, and the OBI does mention about Fiona's song being a cover. Strange that they would mention that info on the OBI of YUI's album. Anyways, YUI's version is much better. And I don't like Fiona's version PV, there is too much blood in it, it's so disgusting. edit - I mean sticker, not OBI, sorry for the error. Edited by arashiro, Feb 17 2010, 04:05:03 AM.
