I could only find Chinese profiles and I can't read or understand CHinese =\ All I found out is that, from left to right of the pics, their names are Rea l, Faye, and Ian hence their group name F.I.R(Faye,Ian,Rea l)! lol IMO, they are like the Chinese DAI! ^^ |

I usually donīt listen to chinese music, but i really like this band F.I.R. I have heard their album " The Fairyland in Reality" & " unlimited" and those albums are very enjoyable, even if i canīt understand what they are singing about
:D I really would like to recommend this excellent band! :D |

if you're chinese, and from asia, and understand chinese, you'll be like, there they go again, another stupid band, the girl as the lead singer, two useless backups who does most of the song writing well, that's just what any chinese asian would think, not really, some of the people around here are still crazy over them |

^Yeah, some people think that. I personally don't 'cause I don't really care about if it's the same thing allllllll over again (okay, maybe sometimes if it's a little TOO much), it's all about good voices and lyrics and how the song was put together. |

i think their 3rd album is good. i hated it at first but now it's starting to grow on me. although the first album is still the best. |

their 3rd album is not bad, compared to the 2nd 1.. the 2nd 1 has more average songs, but none really stands out.. the 1st album still the best.. i think the problem is that the expectations of them are getting really high especially after the way they stormed into the chinese pop industry and swept all other groups aside with their new era of music.. since that day, they have been trying too hard to incorporte alot of new ideas into their music(such as the indonesian feel to thousand years love and the recent african tribal feel to the song flibe tribe), which of cos dun neccesary work.. but anyway, its a great effort for this album, althought moving away from fast tracks such as revolution or unlimited made it quite bland, their ballads are not that bad after all.. |

F.I.R. are my favourite Chinese band! I have their album "Flight Tribe" and I've been addicted to it for some time. In particular I love "Get High" which is so uplifting and feel good ^^ |

i'm gonna bring this thread back hehe.... Yesterday, F.I.R. performed a free concert for the VANCOUVER WINTER 2010 OLYMPICS! I went and recorded it to share with other fans. i suggest listening to their discography in order of release. If you like the Japanese group Do As Infinity, you'll like F.I.R.
