I'm pretty sure 'RUIDO' is a Spanish word and not Japanese. I think it's something along the lines of noise or sound...

Is it possible for someone to translate this verse of a song for me:

Quote
失った夢を取り戻すために
泣きっ面にマヨネーズ
すっぱいのをぶちかまそう

I'd very much appreciate it. ;]

To regain the dream I lost,
Let's bust that tearful face
with sour mayonaise.
