You could be having several problems.

1. You're sharing a connection with other people and they might be downloading from MU and taking up your slots.

2. If you are using a link checker bot this could also cause that.

3. Maybe you are just downloading too much from MU.

Get JDownloader to manage your downloads , you don't have to wait and click download , it automatically downloads when your files when the timer counts down.

the answer is the DSL connection your using is sharing an IP address with someone.
(meaning in your neighborhood someone is sharing IP with you)

Even if your router is password protected, it is still possible that someone hacked into it and is currently using it.  :rolleye

Usually if you have DSL or some other form of internet chances are you have the same IP as somebody else. When they download from a site like MU it adds it to your your IP. Btw heres JDowloader on MU.

the problem isn't your router but your DSL company.

There a company in our country who gave one specific IP per household (PLDT and SUN CELLULAR) but others don't.

meH... i've encountered same problem as urs.
i recommend u sign up for MU to get rid of 45 sec. waiting time... well it'll reduce to 25 sec.
then use IDM (Internet download manager) install it!
use Firefox.... then right click on regular download then choose Download with IDM

if problem occurs, i suggest you get a premium account  :clap

you can only use download managers with a premium, according to MU anyway
